Packages are:

6 or 12 weeks for Residential facility/living at home clients

(& can be renewed within this timeframe if desired).

Each visit is an hour in duration, once a week and costs $45.

There is a once off set up fee of $50 for ongoing visits. 

​

The visitor will not leave the Residential facility, private home or hospital grounds with the loved one, due to safety reasons**

​

Holiday packages are booked by need (eg duration on holiday) and can be extended into an ongoing package if desired.

​

Hospital packages are bookings of 4 weeks duration.

​

All packages are paid upfront (cancellation fees apply).

​

Individual packages can be negotiated. 

​

Casual visits for non ongoing clients are available for special occasions such as birthdays, Mother's/Father's Day, Christmas etc, with no set up fee.

**AFFVS now offers off site visits for clients AFFVS deems suitable in regards to their cognitive state and physical health.

These off site visits include a Scenic Drive, Cafe outing, Church service outing and a toe dip at a local beach. Please contact Ann for further information on 0448281364.
